Responsibilities:
- Utilise portals, referrals and internal database to identify suitable candidates for our clients
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client or mandate
- Brief candidates on the opportunities offered by the client
- Manage the full interview process
- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
- Engage in business activities to acquire and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment sales
- CEI Certification is a must
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Persistent with positive work attitude
