- Utilize various channels to identify and engage job seekers through networking, social media, and job portals. Build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidate skills, aspirations, and compatibility.
- Work closely with clients to understand staffing needs. Provide recruitment solutions and present well-matched candidates.
- Guide candidates in crafting resumes and interview preparation. Offer insights into industry trends for informed career decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks. Share market insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients. Provide exceptional customer service for a positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the tracking system. Generate reports on recruitment activities.
- Working Location: Raffles Place
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
- Basic Salary + Commission
