Responsibilities:
- Involved in preparation of various Reports (annual reports, sustainability reports, etc), including liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Updating of data (external portals, internal collation etc)
- Customer and visitor events including but not limited to arranging transportation, visit logistics (email, co-ordination, etc) and documentation
- Data collation and department administrative tasks as and when assigned
- Assist in preparation of presentation decks, meetings etc.
Period:
- 6 months (subject to extension)
Salary:
- up to $3,500
Location:
- Tuas, near Gul Circle MRT
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8.15am to 5.15pm
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Good to have prior administrative experience in marketing / commercial
- A confident person with initiative and able to perform tasks independently
- Good in speaking and writing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
