- Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate communications planning and strategies.
- Develop and implement online/offline campaigns for programmes and initiatives.
- Drive engagement on social media platforms, create and update content on various digital channels
- Track and analyse audience statistics and behaviour across all channels to identify opportunities to improve our engagements with our target audience.
- Support in SMF website revamp and content updates
- Conceptualise and work with team members to develop marketing collaterals and, e.g., eDMs, social media posts, infographics, presentation decks, etc.
- Oversee media relations and plan media events to ensure favourable and targeted media coverage
- Conceptualise storyboard for video publicity and to assist in the creation of video content.
- Provide event support to various Business Units in speech writing, photography/videography, media coverage and any other support that is required.
- Develop publications such as Annual Report and SMF quarterly magazine – SMF Connect
- Any ad hoc duties as they arise
Requirements
- Degree in communications/marketing, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications/marketing
- Proven experience in developing corporate communications plans and campaigns
- Experience in events management is advantageous
- Proficient with social media strategy
- Proficient with designing tools (Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Premiere Pro and canvas), MS Office Software, and WordPress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarian
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
