- Handling user inquiries related to hardware, software, and networking
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
- Support on desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
- Installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other computer peripherals.
- Able to work independently
- IT helpdesk /IT support experience desirable.
