Supervising Work 50%
- Detailed schedule planning and progress management based on the given outline plan.
- Providing feedback to the designer to further improve the defined process and procedure based on the experience during the actual site works.
- Guiding and providing instructions to the sub-team members.
- Manage and maintain the tools used in the site work.
- Consolidating information, creating report, and troubleshooting in case of technical problem during the site work.
- Supervising sub-team members during the site works to keep the works safe.
System monitoring work 30%
- Perform system monitoring work for 350 numbers of roadside systems at site.
- Manage error information that occurs on a daily basis and request investigation to the maintenance team.
- Management of list of malfunctioning devices and creation of repair reports for them. Withdraw replacement items needed for repairs and monitor the repair process.
Resource management work 20%
- Plan the arrangement of resources necessary for the project, such as workers, vehicles, and tools, obtain approval from the cost controller, and submit orders to procurement department.
- Monitor the appropriateness of resource usage by managing worker attendance, managing vehicle inspection and maintenance records, and taking inventory of tools.
Requirements:
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Master / Bachelor degree or equivalent technical basic knowledge for electric or software engineering
- Work experience in design or quality control of industrial products such as electrical equipment/device/system (about 5 years)
- Project or schedule management experience (about 3 years)
- Experience of creating technical documents
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- General knowledge of project management
- General knowledge of electrical design and communication technology
- General knowledge related to IT (preferable)
- Microsoft word, excel and power point
- Class 3 / 3A driving license
