Job Description
- Planning / assign manpower for the mainentance work and from project handover
- Supervising & managing of sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
- Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, trouble-shooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA system
- Optimise BMS/Harmonas/PLC/SCADA control system to reduce overall building energy consumption
- Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
- Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
- Attending customer spot call, develop close relationship & high level service to client
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC
- Good to have basic programming experience
- PC-literate in MS Word/Excel and AutoCad
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills
