1. Shadow consultants and support the needs of consultants in their efforts to enable change and support leaders
2. Collect, collate and analyse data/ feedback to determine impact of training and intervention in client organizations
3. Address client and workshop participant queries
4. Meet with client organizations to understand their needs and objectives and work with
consultants to curate possible solutions and proposals
5. Client Account Management. Initiate, maintain and strengthen relationships with assignment client accounts, grow in your understanding of client needs and offer solutions as needed.
6. Understudy and assist in training with a view to becoming certified trainer/consultant
7. Prepare educational materials.
