Position title : Sales & Logistics Coordinator
- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Days: 5 day work week, Monday - Friday
- Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm, 5 day work week.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer client’s sales enquiry and assist in preparation of sales orders/quotations.
- Process customers’ orders and expedite shipments to meet monthly sales target.
- Issue Delivery Order and Tax invoice to customers.
- Provide prompt, quality customer service.
- Ensure product information in the warehouse system is up-to-date (eg. part number, pricing, quantity etc..).
- Prepare weekly and month end closing sales data and reports.
- Correspond with vendors to manage shipping schedule and delivery of goods.
- Manage delivery schedule between customer and vendors.
- Oversee warehouse operations.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy and periodic physical stock-take process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
