2) Promotion of orders and sales of our products within the ASEAN region
3)Budget formulation and practical management

4)Monthly reports with the Japanese head office
(monthly budget and actual status reports, etc.)
5)Business trip to five subsidiary companies in the ASEAN region
(confirmation of management status, etc.)
6)Customer visits for five subsidiaries in the ASEAN region (new customer development activities, dormant customer development activities, regular visits to existing customers, information exchange and collaboration with dealers)
7)Technical consultation regarding injection molding machines
(including troubleshooting, quotation specification meetings, and proposal-based sales)
8)Decision on employee recruitment, confirmation of labor management, approval of salary/salary increase management/staff welface and benefits
9)External audit and tax investigation response
10) At least 3 to 5 overseas business trips per month
