- Working day: Monday – Friday
- Working Hour: 9am - 6pm / 10.30am – 7.30pm [Can fix timing]
- Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly Bank, AP & AR & fixed asset & inventory reconciliations.
- Reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing system and accurate accounting records.
- Responsible for processing all student receipts and refunds.
- Responsible for updating the receipt batch and prepare the necessary paperwork for banking and filing purposes.
- Reviewing student files for action.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end closing.
- Prepare periodic tax return filings for both direct and indirect taxes
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Assist superior in quarterly consolidation, year-end audit and preparation of annual report
- Any other tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Microsoft D365 is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
- Experience in handling full spectrum of Accounts.
