Job Description
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders at global, regional and local level to deliver best in class digital toolkits with superior quality of communication
- Define, evaluate, and improve creative adaptation processes at market level and localization at local marketing level to facilitate timely delivery of toolkit adaptation and localization to media agency.
- Maintain an overarching view across all localization and adaptation proces & workload to support digital and media peers with timing expectations required to move projects forward
- Accelerate media and creative synergies by co-shaping and contributing to teams' learning agenda and innovating with digital creative formats and media technologies
- Analyze creative impact on campaign goals and performance to enable data-driven decisions and close the loop with key business and marketing stakeholders on overall toolkit effectiveness
- Future proof digital toolkits quality and effectiveness by gathering creative insights from digital activations across markets
- Have a profound understanding of the brand and drive insight-led creative strategies that matches local digital campaign requirements
- Own opinion on quality throughout the creative development process to keep creative guardrails consistent across all lines of business in APAC
The Successful Applicant
- 8 years as creative consultant within creative agency or client side or global digital platforms, experienced with global clients and 360 campaign development
- Communicates effectively with copy and art duet, understands how to translate client brief into effective digital campaign development. Experienced with providing feedback for creative proposals and ideas on every stage of creation process
- Business-minded with understanding of marketing communication strategy and 360 media campaigns
- Familiarity with platform-specific creative recommendations. You need to know what a winning creative in digital looks like with strong focus on key social platforms (Facebook, Youtube and/or TikTok)
- Project management & problem-solving skills
