Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager for Taiwan & Hong Kong is responsible for aggressive sales hunting and managing key accounts including prospecting, developing relationships, growing key accounts and meeting sales targets.
What We're Hunting For:
Drive Business Development
- Collaborate with key accounts to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in profitable growth within assigned accounts.
- Generate New business opportunities via outbound calls
- Engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs.
- Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty.
Drive Sales & Marketing
- Articulate client’s message, identify needs and qualify accounts.
- Shape sales outcome effectiveness.
- Review sales performance metrics to enhance profitable outcomes.
- Develop sales performance metrics jointly with countries on prices and cost structure.
Drive Business Administration Operations
- Optimize the use of allocated resources with business activities.
- Develop risk mitigation and succession plans.
- Invoicing and reporting.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in a similar capacity in a sales and marketing environment with established networks preferred.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experiences in Hong Kong & Taiwan markets with exposure to digital marketing & campaign management will be an added advantage.
- Hunter mindset with a strong sense of business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle people of all levels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership.
- Service-oriented with a strong customer orientation for delivering a great customer experience.
- Strong in problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to communicate effectively in the native languages of the regions. (To interact with our clients and business partners).
