Job Description:
The Executive/ Senior Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT) supports the organisation in Business Process Info. Tech. and Strategy & Innovation at the regional level.
He/ she will be support in the digitalisation progress across the organisation by driving and implementing a robust IT infrastructure to support the Company’s expansion. He/she is expected to manage the transition from the current to the new infrastructure end to end while performing preventive and corrective IT works as and when required.
As part of digitalisation, he/ she will explore potential Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) suitable for the Group.
He/she will be involved in handling of IT Ops-related matters and coordination (IT Budget, Infrastructure Maintenance & Procurement), while managing regional IT training needs and IT security through effective regional IT communication.
He/she should display independence and initiative in their work. He/ she is creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Innovation
Support Group’s IT Strategy & Innovation through the following:
- IT Strategy Planning & Administration
- IT Governance & Communication
- IT vendor management
- Transformation and Change Management
- In-house venture company initiative management (Joint ventures and partnerships)
- Audit support
Digital Business
Support in Group business digitalisation efforts:
- Digital Project Management
- Digital Platform Strategy
Data Driven Enterprise
- Technology Innovation: Research & analysis to find new and better technical solutions to provide business value.
- Enterprise Architecture roadmap & standards: Mid & long-term plans for technology, system and hardware transformation in line with Enterprise IT Strategy
- Support in System Integration framework standards
- Support in the development of strategy and standards of E-Commerce (website, CMS, Mobile APP)
IT Operations
Support in IT Infra and Operation Management:
- Provide on-site and off-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances
- Handle the onboarding & offboarding of IT equipment, including procurement of required IT hardware/software when necessary
- Manage and track IT assets
- Ensure Cyber Security across the Group and responsible in security awareness communications
Business Process Management
- Define strategy related to performance management, training, learning, change management and business intelligence
- Support in business analysis and service design (Accounting, HR, Plan & Admin)
- Support in dashboard and report requirements
- Process performance monitoring, reporting and improvement analysis and guidelines
- Mapping of business & system processes
- Support business system requirements management
- Support and coordinate offshore contract, SOP and process migration
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any relevant field of study
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in business process improvement and transformation.
- Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective communication with multi-cultural teams through.
- Highly organise and prioritise tasks effectively, works well in while managing multiple tasks
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in business processes to ensure high quality and efficient operations
- Knowledge of process improvement software and tools.
