Job Description

1. Overseeing the strategic direction of the Singapore Company
2. Making maximum efforts toward the sound development of the Singapore businesss and the preservation and enhancement of the company's assets
3. Managing the Singapore company's operations in accordance with the instructions of MOL Logistics,Co., Ltd. ("MLG") headquarters

• To lead, manage and supervise all managment personnel and staff within the Singapore office
• To Maintain in close contact and colloration with the management in headquarters and other overseas offices, and the Corporate Planning Department of the group, for the purposes of developing and expanding MLG's business on a global scales in General
• To directly report the status, business and affairs of the Singapore company to the Regional Director and MLG headquarters in a timely manner

4. Leading the expansion of the Singapore office's logistics handling volume and customer

base, and development of new busines areas

5. Ensuring complaince with regulatory requirements, industry standards and the Group's

policies

6. Overseeing and ensuring the general corporate governance of the Singapore company

Requirement

1. At least 8 years of management experience in freight transport arrangement or logistics industry
2. Extensive international freight/cargo sales experience, track record and knowledge
3. Local knowledge of the Singpapore logistics and freight industry market
4. Ability to independently and swiftly respond to new or unexpected issues
5. Outstsnding leadership qualities and passion to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Long term willingness to commit to the group's values and goals
8. strong command of both English and mandarin to liaise with group management and stakeholders

Remuneration

SGD 140,000 per year - SGD 160,000 per year
