Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, Process and Follow up on Sales Orders.
- Review customer’s requests and prepare quotation in response to customer enquiry.
- Perform order entry duties accurately and in a timely basis.
- Generate manufacturing documentation to manufacturing planning for creation of Production Order.
- Review Delivery Orders to ensure error-free before goods delivery.
- Update and maintain delivery schedule or re-schedule.
- Update of Sales Order status.
- Prepare weekly or periodic reports of compiled orders.
- Others ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator or Shipping Assistant
- Preferred with knowledge of SAP
- Preferred with knowledge of Shipping process
- Must be detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office
- Good personality and able to handle customer queries
