HR Compensation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Human resource budget formulation and management.
  2. Calculation of salaries, bonuses, and performance assessments.
  3. Handling employee relations and position adjustments.
  4. Analysis and statistical compilation of compensation data, and provision of corresponding reports.

Job Requirements:

  1. 1 year or more relevant work experience.
  2. Proficiency in salary disbursement and performance management practices, understanding of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
  3. Self-driven, strong logical thinking, diligent, responsible, personable, capable of handling significant work pressure, and adaptable to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company.
