Job Responsibilities:
- Human resource budget formulation and management.
- Calculation of salaries, bonuses, and performance assessments.
- Handling employee relations and position adjustments.
- Analysis and statistical compilation of compensation data, and provision of corresponding reports.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year or more relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in salary disbursement and performance management practices, understanding of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
- Self-driven, strong logical thinking, diligent, responsible, personable, capable of handling significant work pressure, and adaptable to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company.
