Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone and online customer enquiries and assist salesperson with sales quotations to customers.
- Data entry for customer purchase orders and generate invoices and delivery orders.
- documentation support and follow-up for company online sales.
- Arrange home delivery liaise with customers and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare documentation for statement of accounts, daily sales report and relevant paperwork for collections.
- Follow up on customer outstanding shipments and overdue invoices.
- Any other duties assigned by the Superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum "O" level.
- Minimum 1-year experience as Sales Coordinator.
- Good communication skills.
- Independent and able to deal with difficult situations calmly and effectively.
