Sales Coordinator

Capital Distributors (s) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone and online customer enquiries and assist salesperson with sales quotations to customers.
  • Data entry for customer purchase orders and generate invoices and delivery orders.
  • documentation support and follow-up for company online sales.
  • Arrange home delivery liaise with customers and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare documentation for statement of accounts, daily sales report and relevant paperwork for collections.
  • Follow up on customer outstanding shipments and overdue invoices.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" level.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as Sales Coordinator.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Independent and able to deal with difficult situations calmly and effectively.
