Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for recruitment activities for the Singapore team, meeting the local recruitment needs of the Singapore team.
  2. Understand the situation of the Singapore team, comprehend company strategies, and facilitate the effective implementation of HR strategies within the department.
  3. Control labor costs.
  4. Assist in organizational and team atmosphere building, promote team culture development, and facilitate business growth.
  5. Handle administrative tasks.
  6. Input and manage documentation or data filing.

Job Requirements:

  1. 1 year or more of recruitment experience.
  2. Proficient in recruitment summarization and output, adept in PowerPoint.
  3. Practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  4. Self-driven, strong logical thinking, diligent, responsible, personable, capable of handling significant work pressure, and adaptable to the company's fast-paced work environment.
