What we need:

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will serve as a key advisor in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and strategic initiatives. This requires a combination of exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in Singapore.


Key responsibilities:

· Support and guide the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team in developing cross functional strategies for sales, marketing, and product development

· Coordinate the planning and review processes through MIS reporting initiatives to manage the operations of the business with the corresponding Functional Leads and Country Heads (e.g. systematic cross-functional engagement to document issues that need to be solved, such as Action Taken Reports)

· Suggest and manage strategic initiatives with a data-driven mindset, defining success metrics and undertaking regular reviews of teams and processes for continuous improvement

· Draft and edit content, including verbal and written presentations and communications for delivery

· Performing and/or overseeing ad hoc research projects

· Manage preparation of regular and ad hoc reports to ensure that reports are cogent, complete, current, accurate, and on time

· Organize and manage meetings, including setting and previewing agendas with well-defined objectives, serving as a centralized source of information on progress against action items, deliverables and deadlines

· Analyse complex issues, gather relevant information and provide strategic recommendations to facilitate decision-making processes

· Oversee key projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across teams and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful completion

· Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization


The successful candidate:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred

· Strong verbal and written English communication skills

· Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems

· Proven experience in similar role, preferably in the TMT(Technology, Media, Telecom) space

· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

· High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and decision-making processes

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
