Responsibilities:
Ø Lead the discussions with various Wealth business stakeholders under SP13A formulating business and functional requirements and defining prioritization based on business strategy.
Ø Plan & design solutions, support project estimates and provide planning input regarding solution engineering and development.
Ø Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulate identified impacts and risks.
Ø Review and validate business requirements pertaining to various internal platforms as well as highlight any impact to upstream or downstream systems within short timelines
Ø Identify potential impacts of new change on existing process through analysis and highlight any associated risks/issues.
Ø Liaising with multiple vendors involving multiple interfacing systems of the various Banking Systems.
Ø Defines testing requirements including test plans, test cases, test-data and review of interface testing between different applications. Execute test cases and resolve functional issues arising from user acceptance testing.
Ø Support and co-ordinate UAT, defining (and executing) testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the business area
Ø Perform required testing for implemented Business Change requests and liaising with different business teams to ensure UAT testing is completed and signed-off.
Collaborate with different teams in understanding the requirement and finding impact analysis of the business change requests with different departments in the wealth front to back operations and getting the requirements signed-off by the business users
Qualification
· Degree in Banking/Finance, Business or other degrees such as engineering or computing with relevant experience
Competencies
- 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience working with business requirements through to system level functional specifications (Must have)
- Experience in financial domain - Wealth Management (Must have) with experience working on cross asset projects
- Domain Expertise in core business processes and products in the Wealth Management portfolio
- Experienced in Core banking and product platforms such as Avaloq (Preferred) / Kondor/ Margin Man etc. is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
