Job Description:
• Handling general office administration and coordination such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, maintaining employee, financial, and client records, and data entry and reporting.
• To assist in daily sales coordination, checking / verifying customer’s orders, issuing quotation / invoice and administrative support functions related in the Sales Department.
• To assist in preparing project tender and costing and project proposal coordinate with project department on project progress
• Well organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving.
• Maintain an efficient filing system, and updated project file.
• Coordinate with the Finance department regarding payment or receivable status.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by your superior.
Job Requirement:
• Candidate should hold at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Language proficiency: English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in Administration and Sales, particularly as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions, will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferred knowledge in the SQL Accounting System.
