Landon Veterinary Specialists is a referral clinic which offers specialist surgery to pets across the island. We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate and tight knit team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting pets and their families
- Picking up phone calls and setting up appointments
- Receiving goods from suppliers
- Collecting payments
- Keeping the reception, consult rooms and surrounds clean
- Liaising between referring clinics and internal departments
This is a full time position with 5 shifts from 2pm to 10pm, including weekend shifts.
About you
- Experience within the industry or a in a medical setting would be a bonus but not necessary
- Excellent phone manner
- Good spoken and written English
- Must be comfortable with handling small animals
