To execute all Premier-related operational matters for Premier segment and meet the relevant SLA turnaround time.
- Check and ensure completeness of Premier on-boarding service request documentation, system tagging Non-AI and AI customers
- Creation of client accounts for Non-AI and AI customers in Avaloq
- Check and maintain Structured Notes and Equity Phone Sales Application's enrolment sheet
- Support corporate actions instruction sent in my customers and ensure input in Avaloq within stipulated timeline
- Execute loan financing cases for drawdowns, redemptions and monitoring in Avaloq
- Execute payment order to Insurer (ie. Etiqa) for policy inception
- Prepare Welcome/Change of RM/Top-up/Downgrading letters to Premier customers
- Provide assistance at Premier events on-site
- Maintain and track PW Client onboarding/change of RM/downgrading list
- Provide assitance to systems enhancement UAT
- Assist Premier Directors and Senior Premier RMs with TD Support to increase customer engagement
