- Chair meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery.
- Co-ordinate building inspections by relevant authorities.
- Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.
- Draw up corrective measures when the building works are off schedule.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety measures.
- Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
- Manage budgets of construction projects.
- Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.
- Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.
- Work with design teams to review design solutions and ensure they meet project budget and timeline.
