Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR management strategies in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Formulate and implement recruitment plans, ensuring timely acquisition of suitable talents for various company departments.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and exits, to ensure career development and welfare.
- Organize and drive employee performance evaluations, establishing a comprehensive incentive mechanism.
- Handle employee relations, coordinate conflict resolutions, and ensure internal harmony and stability.
- Manage HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in formulating and refining company HR policies, providing improvement suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of HR management experience, with preference given to those with team management experience.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Keen insight into HR management, capable of effectively addressing various personnel issues.
