HR Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute HR management strategies in alignment with the company's business goals.
2. Formulate and implement recruitment plans, ensuring timely acquisition of suitable talents for various company departments.
3. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and exits, to ensure career development and welfare.
4. Organize and drive employee performance evaluations, establishing a comprehensive incentive mechanism.
5. Handle employee relations, coordinate conflict resolutions, and ensure internal harmony and stability.
6. Manage HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Assist in formulating and refining company HR policies, providing improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of HR management experience, with preference given to those with team management experience.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
4. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
5. Keen insight into HR management, capable of effectively addressing various personnel issues.
