Job Description
As the Executive, Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to clients in the company's feeder services shipping operations. You will work closely with other departments such as trade, sales, operations, documentation, and finance to ensure that both customer and company’s needs are met. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to the company's feeder services shipping operations, and resolve them in a timely and effective manner
- Work closely with other departments such as trade, sales, operations, documentation, and finance
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and ensure that their needs are effectively communicated to relevant departments within the company
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics for improvement in the company's feeder services
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Customer Service
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma Holder
- At least 1 years of experience in the shipping industry, with a focus on feeder services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, as needed to support customer needs
- Able to work independently with good initiative.
- Proficiency in relevant basic software such as Microsoft Office.
