Salary Range : $1800-$2500
Working Days: 5days (Monday to Friday) 8.30am/9am 6pm
Working Location: Kewalram House, Singapore (Redhill)
Job Scope (Orthopaedic Implant Supplier)
- Maintain filing system by using ERP platform
- Preparing for sales invoice & support sales team for necessary documents & applications
- Support with data entry roles and handling of documentation
- Sending and supporting incoming emails/phones of clients and customers to relevant department
- To submit application to government portal & etc
Requirements
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months
- Experienced with using Excel formula
- Able to do powerpoint & presentation / marketing material will be added advantage
