- Bachelor’s or Master’s with majors in Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related fields.
- Experience in strategic planning, operational management, team leadership and business strategy implementation
- Strong analytical skills & project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:-
- Implement and monitor compliance with corporate policies and government regulations, conducting regular audits and preparing reports for senior management
- Coordinate cross department projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to predetermined budgets and specifications
- Facilitate communication between senior management and employees, acting as a liaison to ensure policies and directives are understood
- Organize and manage schedules, meetings and corporate events for executives including logistics, attendees and content preparation
- Managing team performance to meet company’s expectations.
- Experience in developing competencies framework, succession planning and Learning & Development
- Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and challenges
- Develop strategic plans to support management at all levels and ensure that coaching and feedback is delivered to maintain performance standards.
- Oversees training and development of staff; review job descriptions and performance evaluation
