Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
1. Managing interface for design and construction of transit project and have full understanding of design approval process and TFP/TOP process
2. take charge of all coordination work of civil, architectural and System-Wide Contractors (SWC)s and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M.
3. Manage / coordination work with sub-contractor Coordination between Architecture, M&E, and SWCs
4. Understands design management
5. Able to review shop drawings
Requirements :
1. Recognised Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services
2. At least 8 years’ experience in the construction industry managing large scale and complex civil and infrastructure projects.
3. Knowledge of BIM/DGN/Auto CAD-will be add advantage.
4. Must have relevant LTA project Experience.
