Job description
- Marketing and survey related to heavy lifting work in Southeast Asia.
- Survey of specific business example and proposal of potential business in the field of heavy lifting such as construction and maintenance
- Planning of approximate income and expenditure plan during project management
- Developing DENZAI (Thailand) Co. Ltd. business and whole business operation.
- Oversee and manage the fiscal responsibility to DENZAI (Thailand) Co. Ltd., i.e. budget expenditure, revenue, cost control.
- Deliver on the KPI’s that’s agreed on an annual basis
- Ensure timely and efficient transition of projects from Sales/Construction phase to Operation Contracts.
- Proactively manage and report to the client, applying contractual obligations, and extending Operation Contracts.
- Proactively develop self by undertaking sales, technical and product learning, and ensuring staff management capabilities are sufficient.
- Ensure skill development of staff within all operation division, at all levels.
- Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely.
- Management of key external stakeholder relationships.
- Other business determined upon negotiation between both parties.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 5 to 7 years in the relevant industry
- A good knowledge base of the country/region
- Good people-management skills
- Experience living abroad is advantageous
