Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in managing commercial, procurement, and contractual affairs related to the power plant and mine's operation.
- Evaluate new tenders, contracts, or contract amendments and provide recommendations to the CEO.
- Conduct financial analyses and review the company's historical performance and projections.
- Review all project reports before submission to NEPCO, GOJ, lenders, and shareholders.
- Participate in commercial meetings with project stakeholders.
- Undertake specific tasks as directed by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated hands-on leadership and results-driven orientation.
- Ability to effectively manage across different cultures, with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate a proven international track record, preferably in the power or infrastructure sector.
