*Please note that working hours for this role will be from 1-9pm at Suntec*
- Perform L1 and L2 task for Call/remote and Walk-in.
- Identify, analysis and escalate correctly to the correct team for all issues/request/task raised by Client.
- Collaborate with IT application team, IT infrastructure team during system patching for Infra and Applications
- Collaborate with IT application team, IT infrastructure team to resolve issues affecting systems and processes.
- Participate in regular meetings internal and external.
- Identify and Analysis on common occurring tickets and highlight to both client and vendor for a resolution.
Minimum requirements :
- Diploma in IT or equivalant
- 2 to 3 years in L1 and L2 support
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin; proficiency in Japanese will be a plus.
