About the Role

Looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager for our Healthcare domain. You will play an important role as the subject matter expert to drive the design, development, enhancement, and operationalisation of cybersecurity metrics and key risk reporting. In this role, you will be part of the team that enables the continuous improvement of cybersecurity maturity and capabilities through sectoral risk management. The metrics are developed through effective stakeholder management, active listening, and meeting business & regulatory requirements. You will apply existing solid working experience and knowledge of continuous improvement, governance, risk management, and compliance.


Job Description

  • Lead cybersecurity metrics and key risk reporting while facilitating engagement and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Be the vocal voice for the team from a cybersecurity perspective when evaluating stakeholders’ requirements, expectations, and interaction.
  • Facilitate engagement and alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to CIOs, CISOs, and other functional leaders.
  • Evaluate, design, develop, enhance, and operate Key Risk Indicators and other metrics for the Cyber Risk Dashboard.
  • Contribute to developing corporate KPIs for cybersecurity.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and regulators to seamlessly enable policy adherence into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the sector through the cyber risk dashboard.
  • Demonstrate your domain expertise; you are expected to further your knowledge and improve the productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, presenting, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
  • Responsible for any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in relevant field.
  • Recognised industry-leading certifications in relevant areas such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, and GIAC certifications.
  • Experience in policy, standard, and guideline developments in cybersecurity and technology risk domains.
  • Solid technical writing and attention to details.
  • Working knowledge of well-recognized frameworks & standards such as IM8, NIST CSF, COBIT5/2019, and ISO27000 series.
  • Command a good understanding and experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance concepts and processes.
  • Ability to consult and influence stakeholders on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of balancing security and business needs.
  • Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases.
  • Able to lead early-stage customer interactions on cybersecurity design.
  • Adept at navigating the organisational matrix; understanding people's roles, anticipate obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources and rally teammates.
  • Understand how internal & external business models work and facilitate active customer engagement.
  • Able to articulate the value of what is most important to stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Able to produce functional area information in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams to utilize, using presentation and storytelling concepts.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of cybersecurity services in the portfolio and proficiency in discussing each area.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of a large organization and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated Change Management capabilities.
  • Anticipate obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources, rally teammates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with the ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organisational levels.
  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus with other stakeholders.
