Job Description:
- Implement and maintain best practices for chemical analysis, develop new test methods and troubleshoot test processes
- Provide guidance to the laboratory technicians and analytical support to various manufacturing business units
- Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvements of the laboratory quality management system
- Assess test methods and conduct chemistry training for the laboratory technicians
- Manage quality control programs in the laboratory
- Perform risk assessment on laboratory systems to develop maintenance and replacement strategies
- Evaluate, validate and commission new analytical equipment
- Coordinate quality compliance and improvement activities
- Handle quality related customer feedback matter
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field. PhD graduate are welcome to apply
- Preferably with any Prior experience in the petrochemical, refining and preferably in polymer industry will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team
