Job Description
- 12-15 years of IT industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of ERP program/project management experience.
- At least 3 to 4 full cycle of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
- Greenfield implementation experience with multiple countries and multiple entities.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, technical architecture, and integration with external systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle On Prem, Oracle Cloud SAAS, PAAS planning and set up.
- Able to plan and execute project plan independently and efficiently, managing timelines, and user expectations, and producing high quality deliverables.
- Able to deliver projects meeting both financial and operational targets, and contractual requirements.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess independent, pleasant, patient and hardworking personality.
- Good people management skills, able to motivate and assist team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mut have experience working with global teams - Onsite, Offshore.
