What will you do
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records in accordance with corporate guidelines, corporate timelines and local statutory requirements
- Manage the full spectrum of the accounting functions, including payables and receivables, fixed assets management, general ledger, and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly journal and balance sheet reconciliations, checking and ensuring proper accounting treatment, completeness, and accuracy
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly GST report and review annual tax returns
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties (e.g. external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) where required
- Collaborating with stakeholders to seek for continuous improvements in internal processes
- Support finance team on ad-hoc tasks and projects.
What do we expect
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in an international environment
- Resourceful and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Meticulous and excellent time management
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP B1 a benefit
