Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, Vision Deliver APAC. This position will lead the strategic direction, program execution and operational performance management across the APAC region for Customer Service, Distribution, and Transportation. Directs the Deliver organization's activities including management of 3PL support, budget ownership, compliance and works hand in hand with our end-to-end (E2E) functions to ensure the health and safety of the Vision network in region. Connecting into both the E2E Regional Supply Chain & Global Vision Deliver. The position leads performance and unlocking value through network, product flows, cost to serve, outcome metrics. Position will report directly to the J&J Vision, Global Deliver Leader.
Network accountability
- Over 15 APAC DCs & Postponement Centers: Multiple models from J&J run to 3PL partnership
- Over 6 Customer Service Call Centers: Supporting all direct market languages.
Lead multiple teams across multiple countries
Budget accountability, SG&A and COGS
- Lead multiple Associate Director roles, plus~10 managers, site Supervisors, professionals supporting inventory, analytics, projects/portfolio. 300+ J&J/Contract/3PL operatives – DC network and Customer Service Centers
Regional E2E/Commercial support – develop strong connections to support APAC Commercial LT. E2E SC Support and Deliver representative for APAC Region & into Global Deliver
- Operations, Facilities, Crisis Mgmt., Business continuity, X-functional projects. NPI’s, Promotions, New Business model support
- Establishes and implements customer service standards, ensuring customers receive the best service possible. Maintains and improves customer goodwill during service periods. Develops policies and procedures covering the order fulfillment process, general correspondence, and resolution of inquiries. Drives continuous Improvement within the function for Operational efficiency, Service, Capacity, Cost, and Talent.
- Ensures adherence to all Regulatory, Safety, Environmental and SOX compliance requirements and departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Significant engagement into the Commercial leadership structures representing Deliver.
- Accountable for operational metrics including OTIF-D, Answer Rate & Cost Targets
- Support Business Planning (DELIVER SG&A & COGS)
- Accountability in embedding DELIVER in the IBP processes and regional STEM. Operational Orchestration, e.g. lead time visibility E2E
- Feed Customer Insights into E2E SC solution building
- 3PL partner management
- Portfolio management for APAC Vision franchise. Drive large scale APAC programs (Network Optimization, Local Product Compliance, Digital Transformation)
- Bring functional business insights and analytics from Deliver to the E2E segment SC
- Lead and develop an organization across Analytics and E2E Integrator functions, by empowering successful teams to engage in E2E collaboration and solutions with partners.
- Engage both with internal & external sources to drive continuous improvement for the organization and benchmarks
- Ensure Safety & Compliance
Requirements
- BA/BS, advanced degree preferred and a minimum of 10 years business experience. Prior experience in project management is required.
- Health Care experience is a must have
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards for covered geography a plus.
- 8+ years Leadership experience.
- 5+ years Distribution, Transportation, or similar SC experience.
- 3+ years customer service experience, or similar.
- Strong written, oral English and interpersonal abilities. Multiple languages is a plus.
- Deliver Experience with Operational Expertise and E2E Supply Chain Experience a plus
