Responsibilities:
- Product Planning and Development.
- Quality & Cost Control.
- Kitchen Management, production planning, lean management and take a hands-on approach.
- Inventory Management.
- Staff Training and Development.
Requirements:
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Food Business Management , Baking & Culinary Arts or equivalent;
- A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience as the Production Manager or similar role in a wholesale bakery and pastry manufacturing setting.
- Food Safety Level 3 – 4 Certification.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Understanding of baking techniques, pastry & bakery production, and dessert creation.
- Creative, innovation, hands on and resourceful in gather market trend information to bring new ideas to the bakery and pastry’s menu.
- Possesses analytical, and problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
- Able to plan and execute projects and change management.
- Excellent time management, leadership, team player, communication and interpersonal skills.
