Our client is a Singapore-based subsidiary of a Japanese financial conglomerate that offers a range of solutions to support the business growth and development of their clients. They are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join their Real Estate team.
Job Description:
- Perform various real estate market research such as rent/buy/sell in the region (e.g. South East Asia, South Asia, and Oceania)
- Perform periodic monitoring of real estate market information
- Perform real estate market data gathering and prepare analysis and insights
- Support existing/ongoing/potential project follow-ups and monitoring
- Support sales teams on various activities such as documentation and communication
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Around 2 years of experience in the real estate or financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant disciplines
- Possess experience in data analysis
- Proficient English communication skills in both speaking and writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player and able to multitask, possess good time management skills
- Understanding of Japanese corporate culture
