Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
(1) To assist CM on all site matters and operations on site.
(2) Planning & deployment of all resources, facilities & the arrangement of these resources & facilities on site upon approval from the clients, consultant & CM.
(3) Schedule of works delegation to the work persons, sub-contractors & all employees on site.
(4) Administered the work schedule is in accordance to the approved master program.
(5) To convene meeting with the CM & Site team & Sub-contractors on all matters of work operation, methods and details of construction.
(6) To advise & instruct all work persons employed & the sub-contractors or suppliers on site operations matters.
(7) To make all necessary decisions on the methods & work operations issues whenever there are discrepancy upon approval from the CM, respective authorities or consultants to ensure the site smooth operations.
(8) To issue any stop work order, if necessary, on site whenever there any unsafe act or conditions that the CM deemed is unfit for the work person on site to carry on the work safely.
Requirements :
Ø Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.
Ø Minimum 3 years experience on site operation.
Ø Knowledge in contract/tender documents administration
Ø Team player with initiative.
Ø Strong leadership quality, self motivated, performance oriented.
Ø Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
Ø Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills
Ø Strong analytical and problem solving skills
