1. To plan trucking jobs to drivers and ensure execution of jobs meet customer’s requirements.
2. To assist the assistant controllers on all trucking matters.
3. To always maintain good customer service.
4. To assist drivers in resolving problems encountered during operations.
5. To manage drivers’ daily performance.
6. Attend to customer service feedbacks on trucking issues and deal accordingly to solve the issue
7. Liaise with Fleet Management team for equipment matters
8. Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs
9. Provide timely feedback to management / executive regarding challenges or customer’s concerns
10. Follow up customer’s needs, feedbacks, and complaints; and ensure customers are attended promptly and accordingly
11. Diffuse a tense situation and do everything within reason to resolve the issue quickly and effectively between assistant controllers / drivers.
12. Able to use the available in-house system, TMS system, port & depot related systems.

2 years or equivalent
