1. To plan trucking jobs to drivers and ensure execution of jobs meet customer’s requirements.
2. To always maintain good customer service.
3. To assist drivers in resolving problems encountered during operations
4. To give feedback to controllers on issues facing drivers.
5. Assist controllers in liaising with Fleet Management team for equipment matters
6. Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs
7. Provide timely feedback to executive / controller regarding challenges or customer’s concerns
8. Diffuse a tense situation and do everything within reason to resolve the issue quickly and effectively between drivers.
9. Able to use the available in-house system, TMS system, port & depot related systems.
Minimum Qualification
1. GCE ’N’ Level
Minimum Experience/ Requirement
1. Preferably 1 year or equivalent
