Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
- Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
- To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
- To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
- National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
- Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building services in the supervision of commercial/ institutional/ healthcare/ hospitality development with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and local construction practices.
- Preferably to have experience in supervising mission critical installation such as data center.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports. Autocad and BIM knowledge will be an added advantage
- Familiar with local codes & regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
