Job Title: Production Operator (ID4561)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Working Hour：5 day week. (Rotation Shift every 2 week. )
Salary: Local $2200-$2400
Responsibilities :
• Ensure all production processes and equipment are well maintained to conduct daily operating activities.
• To ensure all tanks level (Emulsion and feed tank) calculation checks are sufficient for operations.
• Perform routine and non-routine samples for QC testing.
• Pre-weigh raw materials (i.e. liquid/powder) for preparation and collection
• Compound ingredients and packed finished goods with minimal supervision and wastage
• To transport finished goods to warehouse with proper labelling and update.
• Ensure all essential material inventories are sufficient and replenish supplies to optimal level if necessary.
• Maintain Good Housekeeping standard and Material Movement devices like stackers and report any abnormality to the supervisor, follow up the Engineering team.
Requirements :
• Level and Above
• To carry a weight 5kg good during production
• Flexible in job arrangement as the cell leader can move the operator within the company.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Physical work required.
