Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to Relationship Manager (RM) activities.
- Handle the creation and revision of service agreements.
- Attend client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on quotation, service agreement, and payment status.
- Maintain the CRM system, update and maintain the quotation list, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist the RM in creating sales analysis materials, presentation slides, and reports.
- Handle various general administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and settling expenses.
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of administrative and sales support experience
- Possess business proficiency level in Japanese language (at least JLPT N2) to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
- Proficient in Ms Office suites including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
