Job Responsibilities
- Inter-Co Group AR & AP oversea Global Netting
- Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement & clearance
- Create AR Statement of Account
- Reconcile of AR & AP Aging & follow up
- Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country
- Bank Netting declaration
- SAP clearance & off-set
- Audit Report Working & Analysis
- TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc
- All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
- Follow-up inquiry & disputes
- Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
- Distribution of output to respective division
- Ad hoc assignment
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Hands-on experiences in accounting on Intercompany global netting (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts
- Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
