What you will do:
- Work closely with Recruiters to fully understand the various role requirements, job functions and how they fit into our clients’ organizations
- Identify, attract job-seeking candidates and match them to our clients' job roles across various industries
- Actively source, shortlist, screen and profile candidates, particularly calling out the candidates' relevant achievement
- Draft job advertisements, manage across various channels, update and refresh the candidate talent pool in the in-house Applicant Tracking System
- Proactively engage passive candidates with a variety of engagement tools, e.g. LinkedIn, candidate databases, social media, and employee referrals, etc
- Systematically generate candidate leads through research and active cold calling
- Build relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as the other Recruiters working together
