Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the communication of the organization with clients via emails, telephones, and SMS
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.
• Provide required support for the organization’s business development team, especially in activities relating to account management.
• Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings.
• If directed, provide sales support on behalf of Business Development Managers, for example handling small project enquiries, from enquiry through to successful conclusion.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Able to communicate with management professionally and confidently
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Knowledge computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• No prior experience required
