- Responsible for selecting current products, components or processes to be analyzed and evaluated, with the purpose of establishing efficient and cost-effective processes that ensure the production of high-quality products and services.
- Responsible for the evaluation process, justification of improvements, and implementation plans, as well as facilitating activities to integrate improvements into the business.
- The current processes will be thoroughly reviewed, improved, documented, and implemented.
- To improve key performance objectives such as costs, on-time deliveries, cost of quality, and safety, the position must take a leadership role in identifying, planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and auditing processes across all functional areas, suppliers, and customers. Additionally, the position must support the rollout of new established procedures and work instructions into new satellite operations to further improve delivery, quality, and cost reduction.
